
The following meditation by thich nhat hanh is a a simple meditation which I use each day. It can be practiced where ever you are. You could be in your meditation space, walking, sitting with your back to against a beautiful tree or stuck in a traffic jam which could offer you the space to meditate.
Calming the breath
Breathing in, I calm my body
.Breathing out, I smile
Dwelling in the present moment
I know this is a wonderful moment
In, out
Deep and slow
Calm, ease
Smile, release
